About Us


La Vallée is a contemporary fine dining eatery, forged in class, creativity and intimacy. 


Located at the heart of the Cesca Boutique Hotel in Xlendi, this space was not created to baffle, but to excite our guests with precise and comforting dishes which complement the stunning surroundings and breath-taking views of the Xlendi Valley.


Our unique menu was specifically designed with tradition, honour and exclusivity in mind to offer you the most authentic and enticing dining experience.


Chef patron Daniel Bartolo was brought up in a family business involved in catering and opening a fine dining restaurant is a dream he has been able to realise. His passion for food is easy to see in a unique menu that is updated every season and uses fresh local produce wherever possible. 


La Vallée restaurant takes pride in giving impeccable service to each of its patrons by limiting maximum capacity to 30 persons. The attention to detail goes beyond the food presentation and its textures, but also in the bespoke plates each creation is served on.


The restaurant also boasts a well stocked wine cellar with a list of more that 70 international wine varieties.
