'Like other reviewers, I really can't speak highly enough of La Vallèe. The dishes are creative, delicious and beautifully presented - making the most of local, seasonal produce - while skillfully avoiding any try-hard fads or gimmickery. For my sweet tooth, the desserts are a particular triumph... The raspberry financier with white chocolate mousse and tiny, warm, creamy donuts is an experience! The creators' and front-of-house team's passion for excellent food and service is evident from the start to end of your meal - we have been made to feel really welcome. Bravo! Sorry, no pics of the food because I was too busy enjoying it!'
